I mean, it’s raining in Minneapolis, and sometimes a lady just wants to listen to Otis and maybe have a little bit of a cry while she sings along in a super-quiet voice so her roommate doesn’t hear her because it’s been an emotionally taxing couple of weeks.  Nothing wrong with that.

This song makes me think of my father singing in his sweet tenor while making Tex-Mex breakfast.  Oh, comfort.
